Hello I am Dr (TCM) Attilio D’Alberto. A Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine with over 25 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of health conditions using acupuncture, chinese herbal medicine, cupping therapy, moxibustion and dietary therapy.

I hold a Doctor of Medicine degree from the world-renowned Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine — one of the world’s foremost institutions for TCM — and a BSc (Hons) in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Middlesex University, London. My clinical hospital training took place at Whittington Hospital in London and at Zhong Ri Hospital and Xi Yuan Hospital in Beijing.

I am a fully insured member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) — the UK’s leading professional body for acupuncture, accredited by the Professional Standards Authority — and a member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM). My acupuncture is recommended by NICE for chronic pain.

I hold a 5-star patient review rating from over 235 patients, and my treatments are covered by a wide range of private health insurers. I have published research in international peer-reviewed journals and am the author of two fertility books — My Fertility Guide and My Pregnancy Guide — published in three languages.

I see patients at my acupuncture clinic in Wokingham, Berkshire, with appointments available including Sundays and out-of-hours for IVF patients.
